The music made available to you through the listening room is shared under a personal-use license. The terms below explain what you can do with it — and what you can't.
By submitting your email and ticking the agreement box, you ("Listener") accept this license between you and Tay Iwar ("Artist"). The license covers the sound recordings ("Recordings") delivered through the room. It does not cover the underlying musical compositions, which are reserved separately.
All rights not expressly granted above are reserved by the Artist. This includes, in particular, all rights in the underlying musical compositions — which are separately administered. Nothing in this license grants any right to the compositions, only to the Recordings, and only for personal use as defined above.
This license remains in effect for as long as you comply with these terms. Material breach immediately terminates the license. Upon termination, you are required to delete all copies of the Recordings in your possession.
You acknowledge that the Recordings are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use beyond what this license permits may give rise to claims for copyright infringement, breach of contract, and damages.
Your acceptance is recorded by the combination of your email address, the date and time of submission, and your active acknowledgment of these terms via the checkbox in the access form. This record, together with the version of this license in force at the time of submission, constitutes the agreement between you and the Artist.
The Artist may revise this license over time. Each version is dated. Your access remains governed by the version you accepted when you first unlocked the music.
